Complete orange delight! This wonderful pumpkin pie is even nicer when it’s joined by the aroma of sweet orange – it’s irresistible. This combination is our favourite for a nice day in the garden, in the mild autumn sun with a hot drink. This orange delight is prepared as follows:

Let the grated pumpkin drain. Mix it with the orange marmalade, rough cut almonds, teaspoon of cinnamon and level teaspoon of nutmeg. Bring together two pie dough sheets, spread a little olive oil on the first one, then cover two thirds of the sheet with the filling and roll the sheets so the edges are closed. Spread oil on the bottom of the pie and sprinkle with almond flakes to taste. Bake at 180°C for approximately 15 minutes or until the pie is golden yellow. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the pie and enjoy every bite. Bon appétit!
