These are crunchy and succulent frittole, little fried doughnuts, that are quick to make and impossible to resist. They go splendidly with ajvar, pindjur and lutenica relishes and also with jam, fruit syrup, fruit spread orcompote, so we are certain that anyone can find the perfect combination of flavours with these frittoles. Ingredients
  • 300 g soft flour
  • half a packet of baking powder
  • 150 ml lukewarm water
  • 250 ml milk
  • 30 ml oil
  • 2 eggs
  • tsp salt
  • oil
  • heaped tbsp of coconut oil
Instructions for preparing

Separate the white from the yolks and beat well.

Whisk the yolks, milk and oil, then add the mixed dry ingredients and mix all together.

Add water and mix all together with a hand mixer. Finally using a spoon add the beaten egg white and mix all together.

Place spoonfuls of the dough in the preheated oil. Cook the frittole until they arefried on all sides, ensuring that there is as much oil as possible in the pan.

Place the fried frittole on kitchen towel to soak up excess grease.
